Digital Products

are delivered digitally.
Because digital products become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

Educational Courses
Refund eligibility depends on the type of course purchased.
If a course has not been accessed, and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we may review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Once substantial course content has been accessed, downloaded, or completed, refunds generally cannot be provided.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are refundable only if:
- Earth Review cancels the consultation, or
- We are unable to provide the scheduled service.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally not eligible for a refund.
Memberships and Subscription Services
If Earth Review offers memberships or subscription services in the future:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time.
- Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product or service, please contact us promptly.
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing purchased content, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and restore access whenever possible.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback after receiving access to purchased digital products or services may result in suspension or termination of your access while the matter is under review.
