Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2026
Earth Review, a brand of Nayem Digital LLC, strives to provide high-quality educational courses, mentorship programs, consultations, digital products, and learning resources.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for purchases made through EarthReview.org.
By purchasing any product or service through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy and any additional refund conditions displayed on the applicable product or service page.
Digital Products
Most Earth Review products are delivered digitally, including but not limited to:
Online courses
Recorded video lessons
Downloadable templates
Digital guides
E-books
Research resources
Educational materials
Workbooks and checklists
Redacted samples and document examples
Because digital products become accessible after purchase, sales of digital products are generally final and nonrefundable once the products have been substantially accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or used.
Please review the applicable product description carefully before completing your purchase.
A refund may be considered when:
The digital product has not been accessed or downloaded
The request is submitted within seven days of purchase
A duplicate payment occurred
Earth Review is unable to provide access to the purchased product
A material technical error caused by Earth Review prevents delivery
Approval of a refund remains subject to the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.
Educational Courses
Refund eligibility for an educational course depends on whether the course has been accessed.
When a course has not been accessed, a participant may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Earth Review will review the request based on the course-access records and circumstances of the purchase.
Once substantial course content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or completed, refunds generally cannot be provided.
For purposes of this policy, substantial course access may include:
Viewing or completing a meaningful portion of the course
Downloading premium course resources
Downloading templates, workbooks, checklists, samples, or guides
Copying or using protected educational materials
Other system records demonstrating meaningful use of the course
Receiving an account activation email or logging into the learning platform without meaningfully accessing the content will not automatically be considered substantial access.
EB-2 NIW Mentorship Program
The following conditions apply specifically to the EB-2 NIW Educational Mentorship and Professional Profile Development Program.
The mentorship program may include:
Up to 16 weeks of structured educational mentorship
Up to six private one-on-one mentorship sessions
Lifetime access to the EB-2 NIW Masterclass
Educational templates, workbooks, checklists, and resources
Professional profile development guidance
CV organization and presentation feedback
Academic portfolio guidance
Publication and citation organization
Document-management and evidence-organization education
Progress tracking and accountability support
Reasonable educational email support during the mentorship period
The complete program fee is payable at enrollment unless another payment arrangement is specifically offered on the product page.
The participant’s confirmed program fee is the amount actually paid and shown on the order confirmation. Refunds are calculated using the amount actually paid, regardless of any regular, promotional, introductory, or future program price.
Program Fee Allocation
For refund-calculation purposes, the mentorship program fee is divided into five components:
Digital Masterclass and educational resources
Mentorship Stage 1, Weeks 1 through 4
Mentorship Stage 2, Weeks 5 through 8
Mentorship Stage 3, Weeks 9 through 12
Mentorship Stage 4, Weeks 13 through 16
The specific value assigned to the digital component and each mentorship stage will be based on the program terms displayed and accepted at the time of enrollment.
For participants who purchase the program for $1,999, the current allocation is:
Digital Masterclass and educational resources: $399
Mentorship Stage 1, Weeks 1 through 4: $400
Mentorship Stage 2, Weeks 5 through 8: $400
Mentorship Stage 3, Weeks 9 through 12: $400
Mentorship Stage 4, Weeks 13 through 16: $400
Total: $1,999
If a participant pays a different promotional or regular price, the applicable allocation will be stated in the product terms or purchase confirmation.
Cancellation Before the Mentorship Begins
A participant may be eligible for a full refund when all of the following conditions are met:
The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase
No private mentorship session has occurred
No personalized roadmap, review, feedback, or individualized service has begun
The Masterclass has not been substantially accessed
Premium digital resources have not been downloaded or used
When the participant has substantially accessed the Masterclass or downloaded included premium resources, Earth Review may deduct the value allocated to the digital component.
The remaining mentorship portion may still be refundable when no personalized mentorship service or mentorship stage has begun.
Cancellation After the Mentorship Begins
Once the mentorship period or a mentorship stage has begun, the amount allocated to that stage is generally nonrefundable.
A participant who wishes to discontinue the program must submit a written cancellation request.
The participant may be eligible for a partial refund only for mentorship stages that have not yet begun.
The following amounts are generally nonrefundable:
The digital-resource component after substantial access
Completed mentorship stages
Mentorship stages that have already begun
Completed or missed sessions
Personalized roadmaps
CV, profile, or document-organization feedback already provided
Downloaded or delivered resources
Email support and accountability assistance already provided
Other completed or commenced services
Mentorship Stage Schedule
Unless Earth Review confirms a different schedule in writing, the four mentorship stages are calculated from the confirmed program start date:
Stage 1: Days 1 through 28
Stage 2: Days 29 through 56
Stage 3: Days 57 through 84
Stage 4: Days 85 through 112
A mentorship stage is considered started on the first day of its designated period.
A stage is not considered unused merely because the participant did not schedule or attend a mentorship session during that stage. Earth Review reserves time, availability, email support, progress monitoring, and educational assistance throughout each active stage.
Refund Examples for a $1,999 Purchase
If a participant cancels before mentorship begins and has not substantially accessed the digital materials, the participant may be eligible for a refund of up to $1,999.
If the participant substantially accesses the Masterclass but cancels before Stage 1 begins, Earth Review may retain the $399 digital-resource allocation. The participant may be eligible for a refund of up to $1,600.
If the participant cancels after Stage 1 begins, the $399 digital-resource allocation and the $400 Stage 1 allocation are generally nonrefundable. The participant may be eligible for a refund of up to $1,200.
If the participant cancels after Stage 2 begins, the digital-resource allocation and the allocations for Stages 1 and 2 are generally nonrefundable. The participant may be eligible for a refund of up to $800.
If the participant cancels after Stage 3 begins, the participant may be eligible for a refund of up to $400 for Stage 4.
Once Stage 4 begins, no refund will ordinarily be available, except where required by applicable law or where Earth Review materially fails to provide the purchased services.
These examples are provided for explanation only. Actual refund eligibility will depend on the amount paid, services delivered, course access, program dates, and circumstances of the request.
Mentorship Sessions and Rescheduling
The mentorship program includes up to six private sessions during the applicable 16-week period.
Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a mentorship session.
A session may be counted as used when:
The participant does not attend
The participant cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice
The participant arrives too late to complete the session reasonably
The participant repeatedly reschedules without reasonable justification
Earth Review may approve an exception for a documented illness, emergency, technical problem, or other extraordinary circumstance.
When Earth Review cancels a session, the participant will be offered a reasonable opportunity to reschedule it.
Unused Sessions and Program Expiration
All private mentorship sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 16-week mentorship period unless Earth Review approves an extension in writing.
Unused sessions:
Expire at the end of the mentorship period
Do not have a separate cash value
Are not refundable
Cannot ordinarily be transferred to another person
Cannot ordinarily be converted into another Earth Review service
The participant is responsible for scheduling sessions with enough time to complete them before the mentorship period ends.
Participant Delays
The 16-week mentorship period begins on the confirmed program start date.
Delays caused by the participant do not automatically pause or extend the mentorship period.
Participant-caused delays may include:
Failure to schedule sessions
Missed appointments
Repeated rescheduling
Failure to complete educational action items
Failure to provide requested professional information
Extended periods of noncommunication
Travel, employment, academic, or personal scheduling conflicts
A decision to pause petition preparation
Any extension must be approved by Earth Review in writing.
Failure to use the available mentorship services does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Cancellation by Earth Review
If Earth Review cancels a mentorship session, the participant will be offered a reasonable rescheduling option.
If Earth Review permanently cancels the mentorship program and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling, extension, replacement, or substantially equivalent alternative, the participant will receive a prorated refund for the mentorship stages that have not been delivered or commenced.
The digital-resource portion will remain nonrefundable if the participant has substantially accessed or downloaded the digital materials.
Immigration Outcomes
Refunds are not provided solely because a participant:
Decides not to prepare or submit an EB-2 NIW petition
Changes immigration plans
Chooses a different immigration category
Hires an immigration attorney
Is advised by an attorney not to proceed
Experiences a USCIS processing delay
Receives a Request for Evidence
Receives a Notice of Intent to Deny
Withdraws a petition
Receives an unfavorable immigration decision
Experiences a change in USCIS rules, policies, procedures, or filing requirements
Does not achieve an anticipated immigration outcome
Earth Review does not control USCIS procedures, processing times, policy changes, evidence requests, or government decisions.
The program fee is paid for educational mentorship, resources, professional-development support, organizational guidance, and program availability. It is not paid in exchange for immigration approval.
Educational Service Disclaimer
The EB-2 NIW mentorship program provides educational and informational coaching based on personal experience and publicly available information.
Earth Review is not a law firm, and the mentorship does not include:
Legal advice
Legal representation
Determination of immigration eligibility
Legal opinions
Immigration strategy recommendations
Preparation of immigration forms
Preparation of legal filings
Legal review of a petition
Representation before USCIS
Communication with USCIS on behalf of a participant
An attorney-client relationship
A guarantee of petition approval
Participants are responsible for independently preparing and submitting their documents or consulting a licensed U.S. immigration attorney or another properly authorized immigration legal-service provider.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are refundable only when:
Earth Review cancels the consultation and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option
Earth Review is unable to provide the scheduled service
A duplicate payment or verified technical billing error occurred
Participants who need to reschedule must contact Earth Review at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally not eligible for refunds.
A consultation that has already been completed is nonrefundable.
Dissatisfaction with information discussed during a completed educational consultation does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Memberships and Subscription Services
If Earth Review offers memberships or subscription services:
Participants may cancel future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms
Cancellation will generally stop future charges
Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise stated
Failure to use the membership during an active billing period does not automatically create refund eligibility
Any separate membership or subscription terms displayed at checkout will also apply.
Duplicate Payments
If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same product or service, the customer should contact Earth Review promptly.
After the duplicate payment is verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
Customers experiencing technical problems accessing purchased content should contact Earth Review before requesting a refund.
Earth Review will make reasonable efforts to:
Restore access
Correct account problems
Repair broken download links
Reschedule interrupted sessions
Provide an appropriate extension when an Earth Review technical failure materially prevents access
A temporary technical issue does not automatically create refund eligibility when Earth Review can restore access or provide the purchased service within a reasonable period.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, active email address, and any necessary video-conferencing software.
Payment Processing
Payments made through EarthReview.org may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
Stripe
PayPal
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Discover
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Other supported payment methods
These payment providers process transactions according to their own terms, privacy policies, and processing timelines.
Approval of a payment does not automatically guarantee eligibility for a refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Earth Review before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that Earth Review has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern.
Nothing in this section limits any right available to a customer under applicable law or the rules of the customer’s payment provider.
Initiating a knowingly false or unwarranted chargeback after accessing digital products or receiving services may result in temporary suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Earth Review will ordinarily initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after the refund decision.
The customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider may require additional time to complete and post the refund.
Earth Review is not responsible for delays controlled by a third-party financial institution or payment processor.
All transactions and refunds are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Foreign transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, exchange-rate differences, and other third-party fees are controlled by the customer’s financial institution and may not be refundable by Earth Review.
Exceptions
Earth Review reserves the right to review refund requests individually and approve reasonable exceptions in extraordinary circumstances, including:
Accidental duplicate purchases
Technical errors caused by Earth Review systems
Failure by Earth Review to deliver purchased services
Documented medical or family emergencies
Other circumstances that Earth Review reasonably determines warrant an exception
Approval of an exception for one customer does not require Earth Review to approve the same exception for another customer.
No verbal statement changes this policy unless Earth Review confirms the change in writing.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
