After booking, please submit your main questions and any relevant background information before the consultation. Do not email confidential immigration documents unless specifically requested.

Cancellation policy

Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Consultation fees are refundable only if Earth Review cancels the appointment or is unable to provide the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable.
